We have a room block available at the Ohio University Inn at: https://be.synxis.com/?Hotel=38149&Chain=5388&arrive=2025-08-01&depart=2025-08-3&adult=1&child=0&group=3987832 June 30th is the latest you can reserve a room in the room block. In addition, the earliest you can check in at the OU Inn is 4 pm. Other hotel options in town can be found on the Travel tab.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Please RSVP by May 2nd, using the RSVP tab. If you RSVP "Yes," answer the follow-up questions as well. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

The ceremony will begin at 2pm. Please arrive between 1:30-1:45pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests are advised to go straight to the reception venue following the ceremony.

We are having an unplugged ceremony out of respect for the photographer. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

There is free parking at both the ceremony and reception venues. We recommend a car for travel, but if you choose to walk between the venues and experience Ohio University, it is about a 16 minute walk.

There will be a vegan and gluten-free meal option available. We will do our best to accommodate for allergies; however, there are no guarantees. Please let us know your food restrictions on your RSVP form, so we can communicate with catering.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you choose to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 1650 Oakwood Trail, Xenia, OH 45385.

Each guest will be provided 1 ticket for a free alcoholic beverage. Additional drinks will vary in price. Unlimited soda, tea, and water will be provided free of charge as well.
